Ready for 2020

The Offer: £300 0ff your fee when you list in December 2019 ready for January 2020.

The T&Cs: In order to take advantage of this offer, the following conditions MUST be met by the Vendor of the property: The Property must be in a good sellable condition and ready to be put on the market for sale in January 2020. The Property must be in possession of a valid EPC. The Vendor must sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions before 31.12.19 in order to be eligible for this offer. The Property must be made reasonably available for property photography, videography and a floor plan before going on the market for sale. This offer may be removed or extended by Fortis Properties at any time entirely at its own discretion. If the offer is extended, new deadlines may apply and applicable Vendors will be informed directly.  This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

45 Day Sale Offer

The Offer: If we don’t agree a sale on your property within 45 days, you will receive a £350.00 reduction off our standard agency fee.

The T&Cs: In order to take advantage of this offer, the following conditions MUST be met by the Vendor of the property: The Property must be in a good sellable condition and ready to be put on the market for sale. The Property must be in possession of a valid EPC. The Property must be reasonably available for regular viewings by Fortis staff and potential buyers. “Agree a Sale” means We have received an offer to buy the property from a buyer and this has been sent to the Vendor via email, the Vendor has accepted the offer and Fortis has issued a Memorandum of Sale to the Vendor’s Solicitor. The 45-day period begins the day the property goes live on the market for sale. Fortis must be the sole agent for selling the property. This offer is for new customers only. This offer only applies to the first agreed Sale on the property. This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

14 Day Let Offer

The Offer: If we don’t secure a tenant for your property within 14 days, you will receive 50% of your agency set up fee.

The T&Cs:  In order to take advantage of this offer, the following conditions MUST be met by the Landlord of the property: The Property must be in a good rentable condition and ready to be put on the market for let. The Property must be in possession of a valid EPC, a valid Gas Safety Certificate, a valid Electrical Safety Certificate. The property must have valid PAT test certificate(S) if applicable.  The Property must be reasonably available for regular viewings by Fortis staff and potential tenants. “Secure a Tenant” means that Fortis has completed a viewing on the property with the tenant, that the tenant has completed an Application Form, Fortis has established if the tenant/property match is proceedable, we have taken a holding deposit from the tenant. The 14-day period begins the day the property goes live on the market for let. Fortis must be the sole agent for letting the property. This offer is for new customers only. This offer only applies to the first agreed Let on the property. This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
