Jamie Langley

Managing Director

A lettings and sales professional who has been in the industry for the past 25 years working in various markets and having worked previously for independent and corporate companies.

With a BSc(hons) in Property Management and having been involved in several property transactions over the years Jamie is truly dedicated to providing an exceptional customer service to all clients along with professional advice in respect of all things lettings, management and sales.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Jamie, he truly cares about each person who interacts with Fortis Properties be it vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, local business owners or tradesmen and it is this sincere, intimate and caring approach together with our efficient processes that sets Fortis apart.

Jamie is more than happy to meet for a cup of coffee should you wish to discuss all things property related and is happy to share his knowledge to ensure the client gets the very best from their experience with Fortis. Richard Willis

Branch Manager

Richard started his estate agency career in the 90’s in the heart of London working for independent companies which enabled him to gain the vital skills required to become a knowledgeable successful agent. During his time he won many accolades in the companies he worked for from top performer to best branch.

Attention to detail and customer service is paramount and at the forefront of everything he deals with. Having worked in good and bad markets he knows how to get the best possible results for clients and prides himself on being available at all times to deal with any issues, a quick chat or any advice or guidance you may require.

In his spare time he has two wonderful children that he spends time with, loves to cook as he used to be a chef, enjoys a 5k run and immerses himself in ancient history.

Leah Vale

Sales Consultant

Leah is the newest member of the Fortis Properties family and to the property world and cannot wait to be more involved.

Leah loves to be busy, take care of clients and believe that a smile and kindness can go a long way, she is more than happy to do everything she can to help and learn all the vital skills needed here to enable clients to feel stress-free with their property search.

Leah has a strong interest in properties and what is currently on the market which only makes her more eager to learn and become successful.

In her spare time she usually likes to spend time with her family and look for new and exciting activities to do. Leah is also a keen horse rider.


John Morris

Mortgage Adviser

I am Fortis Properties’ partner Mortgage Adviser and I have over 6 years experience in the financial services industry.  I cover all of the mortgage market and have a sucessful history of helping a range of clients with different scenarios making the purchasing of their property as smooth and stress-free as possible.  I can offer advice on both residential and buy-to-let mortgages and also offer advice regarding all your insurance and protection needs.

In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and play both rugby and cricket and also go to the gym.

We’re still here to assist you!

I just wanted to reach out to you all to let you know what we are doing at Fortis Properties in light of the recent announcement that a third round of lockdown restrictions across Wales will begin at midnight on Sunday 20th December 2020. In line with the regulations our high street office will close and our team will be fully operational from home.

Our team are already working remotely, booking and carrying out virtual appointments and telephone based advice. First and foremost, our concerns surrounding the safety of our customers, clients, contractors and staff are paramount, and therefore we have already put in place Covid Secure guidelines to ensure that we can still facilitate any Move Ins or Completions which are already scheduled to take place and cannot be rearranged.

Whilst there are restrictions on physical appointments for viewings and valuations our team are available to conduct virtual viewings and valuations to assist during these difficult times.
